PS: More evidence of slash-and-burn tactics, haste, and recklessness. The Trump layoffs are about shrinking govt, not eliminating inefficiency -- just as the deportations are about ethnic cleansing, not crime. The Trump layoff criteria are bad enough. But these layoffs, like many before them, didn't even meet the Trump criteria.
