I'm picking up my minivan alternative from the bike shop today, in preparation for becoming a dad. It's a Riese and Müller Load4 75 Vario. It's a little hard to see the bike with the rain cover on, but at least my stuff is protected from the elements.
It has full suspension, and we plan to install a baby car seat adapter with its own additional suspension. The baby should have a smooth ride.
Here's a review that helped sell me on this bike: https://www.cyclingelectric.com/reviews/riese-and-muller-load4-75-vario-reviewed

6 o'clock view. It still can squeeze through pretty narrow spaces!

11 o'clock view. See the headlight above the front wheel.

View from 3 o'clock, with an imposing shadow. The big kickstand is visible.

View from 7 o'clock. You can see the two batteries for eliminating range anxiety, the rear suspension spring, and the wheel lock with a key dangling from it.
