So what does it mean to decenter white comfort in your antiracist journey?
It means choosing curiosity over control.
It means staying present in hard conversations.
It means asking: “Who benefits when I stay silent?” and “What harm am I protecting when I prioritize feeling good over doing better?”

That’s the work we’re doing in Facilitated Conversations with Kim Crayton.
No posturing. No performance. Just truth-telling and practice, in an environment designed to challenge, support, and grow you

This is especially true for white women who’ve been socialized into a performance of powerlessness that weaponizes fragility.
That weaponization doesn’t just protect whiteness, it actively endangers Black, Brown, Indigenous, disabled, and queer lives.

The problem isn’t that white women feel uncomfortable.
It’s that when you feel uncomfortable, SOMEONE ELSE OFTEN PAYS THE PRICE FOR THAT DISCOMFORT.
