Another twist to ICE getting a hold of data from brokers: Even though there are companies and state/local governments that state that they do not sell data for "immigration enforcement," the current regime has deputized USDOJ agencies such as DEA and FBI so they could arguably circumvent this restriction by vaguely labeling requests as "criminal investigation."
