Looking at the current actions of the Court of the Tangerine Tyrant @davidallengreen makes the compelling point that while Trump is of course directly to blame for the US actions in Venezuela, in a wider sense it has been the constitutional failure to hold him to account (and corral his actions) that is the underlying structural cause of this foreign policy (although I hesitate to call it a policy - adventurism might be better?).

@404mediaco Interesting article, but labeling piracy as the root of the problem means you are taking the point of the view of the #copyright maximalists. We should also consider that copyright itself could be part of the problem. Then we can see that better solutions might come from removing some things from copyright eligability. The #USConstitution says it is "to promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts". Does pornography really fit in there? Could removing copyright lead to less harm?
