Foccacia style bread just out of the pizza oven.
I pre-heated the oven to pizza temps (450°C) put the bread in, turned off the gas, closed the door and flu and 8 mins later, bread!

Bread AND biscuits today.
I experimented with a simulated steam oven technique for the bread. It’s done, but with quite soft crust.
The biscuits are flavoured with ginger, mace, cinnamon and clove.
