Does anyone have a good resource for #glutenfree #baking? I'd like to know what ingredients to add for a certain result and how to treat the dough with kneading for example. I can make cakes with 1 for 1 flour but I'd like to try some more complicated things.

#baking this one didn't rise as eagerly as the last one, but now that I cut into it, that crumb is really quite nice
And there we have them. Jam drops spread a bit more than I planned but they’ll be fine.
Middle trays are the tomato and lavender, and the tray in the back are the normal biscuits.
