People using #kanban boards,
Do you use different boards per project or do you use project labels in a single working board?
I am just wondering what the best approach would be. I usually use one single board for all work-related stuff but it is getting tricky with many sub-tasks🤔
@jorgeluis
For my day job, we use a single #kanban board for multiple projects.
We've had swimlanes at times, when there's been a major project that needs a lot of focus. I've also used different colors to flag things belonging to this or to that project, and I personally prefer that to swimlanes (I have just two colors available as accents, so it doesn't get lost with clown barf)
For me, the visibility of having just one board as central collector is a big part of what makes it work.

I've been using Todoist for my to do list, but am thinking about switching to a kanban board (Wekan for self-hosting) so I can group my daily tasks, my once a week tasks, and my other tasks into various columns and perhaps not have one huge overwhelming list.
Does anyone else use Kanban boards for to do lists?

Time for a treat: I also ordered the weekly planner. It might help me with my chaotic time management. It has separate pages to store posti-ts for Backlog, a Best of Done page, a 12 month habit tracker and a Think Tank page. I like!

Combined with my classic (and cheap 😉 BIC 4 color pen, this might actually work to keep everything in one place. And #BackToAnalog is my thing anyway :)
I'll post an update after a month of use and a second one after 6 months to tell you how it worked out for me.

Interesting. Kanban in your pocket 😊 A notebook (they also have weekly planners) with sticky notes and a simple kanban board to stay focused. Gonne give it a try! (Site seemingly only available in German)
