I love these Lady’s Bedstraw flowers. They’re probably technically yellow, but they edge so close to green they tend to blend in with the rest of the hedgerow, and each individual bloom is really quite small and plain, but together they add a great texture to our summer hedgerows. #Bloomscrolling

There’s a certain irony to seeing raindrops in California Poppies — if there’s one thing I learned form @podfeet about CA weather is that rain is rare, and a lot of it causes the kind of chaos large snow falls cause here in Ireland 🙂 #Bloomscrolling

Back to basics with a somewhat overgrown Fieldbriar/Dog/Wild rose hanging into the pavement.

On one of my walks, I came across these two tiny rocket ships preparing to return to their home planet. But a few days ago I saw them again, and realized they were actually habitats. Evidently they’re not finished with their earth observations.
