Some guy named Luigi is back in court today in NYC.
Topic of the hearing is the admissibility of illegally obtained "evidence" during the textual stop at a Pennsylvania McDonald's.
Mangione's lawyers continue to demand that the police actually produce the witnesses who ID'd Luigi.
They also point out how scared these cops are of Luigi looking normal in court. He's so shackled he can't even take notes at trial! 🙃
"If complete removal of restraints is not feasible, we respectfully request that at least one hand be unshackled to allow him
to write."
