🚨My voice is not a threat to my country—it is a defense of it.
I’m a citizen, small business owner, volunteer poll worker, and a first-generation 🇺🇸🇩🇴Dominican American. I’d rather focus on health and fitness—but I love my country too much to stay silent.
📣When I speak out about the rise of authoritarianism using the blueprint outlined in Project 2025 in the U.S., I’m told I’m “the cause of the problem.” They are actively denying my lived experience and those of millions of Americans.

▪️ “It’s poisoning the blood of our country”—a fascist echo aimed at immigrants. Dehumanizing, hateful, and emboldening racism nationwide (till this day not denounced). When I called it racism, I was told I was being divisive.
▪️When I spoke of misogyny and attacks on bodily autonomy—I was told I was being divisive.
▪️When I named Project 2025’s plan to dismantle civil service and consolidate power—I was told I was being divisive.

➡️ Let’s be clear: My truth is not the problem. The harm is the problem.
🎯Naming It Matters—It Is Freedom of Speech.
The ideology I’m speaking against thrives on rhetoric and policies that are objectively unpatriotic and the antithesis to our country’s values.
Here’s an example of the consequences of denial and silence:
📌We all witnessed January 6th and the subsequent pardoning of the insurrectionists.
This isn’t political disagreement. It’s a calculated refusal to accept shared reality—

—serving those who seek power above the law.
The Privilege of Denial
🎯I have come to the conclusion that the impulse to silence me is rooted in moral superiority and unexamined privilege. It mirrors the dynamic of telling a victim of domestic violence to “be quiet.” The abuser gets a free pass and has no consequences for their actions.
👉🏽When you defend personal belief over objective fact, you’re saying: “I don’t see you as equal.” You’re choosing comfort and loyalty to power over truth and

and humanity.
That’s not neutrality. That’s complicity.
👉🏽But acknowledging harm isn’t enough. If you see it, name it. If you name it, own it.
✅That’s what responsibility looks like. That’s what patriotism demands.
🇺🇸 To those who stand against authoritarianism and hate, who fight for equality, and who champion peaceful protest and civil discourse: You are the true patriots. You inspire us all.
