“A thorough review of these allegations has been initiated to determine further actions, which may include recall to active duty for court-martial proceedings or administrative measures,” the statement said.
In the video that was posted last Tuesday, #MarkKelly was 1 of 6 lawmakers who served in the #military or #intelligence community to speak “directly to members of the military.”

Senator #MarkKelly, in an interview with #RachelMaddow, emphasized his view that "it's almost comical" that #Trump & #PeteHegseth are calling it a violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice that he cited part of the Uniform Code of Military Justice in a recent video. Kelly explained his participation in the video in the context of protecting members of the military from a president who "doesn't seem to care about the Constitution, the rule of law."
