Though #AdelitaGrijalva provided the final signature necessary to advance a vote on the #EpsteinFiles, the vote will likely not place before December. Under the rules that govern this procedural maneuver, the #House cannot act on the measure until after it “ripens” for 7 legislative days — days when #Congress is in session.
