Rep #AdelitaGrijalva, Democrat of Arizona, addressed #Congress for the first time as a lawmaker in a fiery speech calling out #Republicans for delaying her swearing in for the purpose of quashing the #EpsteinFiles vote. She chastised them for abdicating their #power as a coequal branch of government to #Trump & for letting millions go without benefits during the shutdown. After finishing her speech, she immediately signed the petition to release the full #Epstein files.

At this point in the long cycle, when the concentration of #wealth & #power has reached a historical extreme, those at the top always try to overthrow the system to cement their dominance & control for eternity.

Same place as 1920's/1930's, 1850's/1860's, late 1700's.

Justice #Sotomayor jumped into the questioning & refocused the case back on a primary argument against the tariff programs, that the #Constitution gives #Congress, NOT the president, the #power to #tax.
