Du verkar ju vara väldigt mycket för att göra saker själv. En Corsi-Rosenthal-box (CR box, tämligen enkelt att hitta ritningar på själv) med partikelfilter borde du väl komma ganska långt med, tänker jag. Billigaste varianten är väl, partikelfilter och datorfläktar samt wellpapp och gaffatejp.

Men jag vet inte om de vanligtvis är till för den mängden partiklar som en CNC-fräs genererar. Men det kanske har mer med hur du dimensionerar den att göra, iofs.
