Youtube hat viel besseren Content als Peertube, ist aber voller AI-Schrott und fuettert Big Tech
ATProto ist AP in vielen Punkten voraus, wird aber zentral von ner privaten US-Company, finanziert durch Krypto-Millionaere, weiter-entwickelt.
Alternativen zu nutzen hat viel mit Werten und Idealismus zu tun. Halte das nicht fuer ne Abwertung, sondern fuer nen Lifestyle!

Ich habe eine Frage an meine Follower, die sich mit Gesundheitsfürsorge für trans Personen auskennen: Meine Mutter ist Gynäkologin und hat zum ersten Mal einen trans Patienten, der gerne zur Krebsfürsorge kommen will. Nun sagte sie mir, dass in ihrer Software quasi sofort alles blockiert, wenn sie eine Krankenkassenkarte einliest, auf der als Geschlecht "männlich" vermerkt ist. 1/2
