Unfortunately the end of semester assignment for my #NetworkScience class is due the day after the #wmhack hackathon is over. I've been working on it in the morning and evening, and I haven't had time to see Milan at all. So, I changed my flight home from Monday to Wednesday, and I'll take a couple of days to be here in the city itself.

@daniel I really appreciate that you consistently sacrifice revenue so that we can bring on board those who aren’t immediately willing to spend money on an app.
Of course, app developers like you deserve to make money from the apps they’ve worked so hard to develop. But initiatives like this help lower the barrier to entry for newcomers to XMPP. That helps a lot. :)

@dch one of my teachers used to have a “caffè corretto” before coming to our classroom. The barista knew her well enough so used to put more “correzione” than coffee. The results could be quite funny.

Warum und wie, wird in dem unten verlinkten Artikel der Washington Post genauer erklärt, der auch interessante Grafiken enthält, die den Schwund für verschiedene Grundnahrungsmittel wie Erdnüsse, Sojabohnen, Erbsen, Kartoffeln, Tomaten usw. zeigen.
Ich hoffe, das Thema schwappt auch noch in die deutschsprachigen Medien herüber. Wir müssen die Klima-Debatte nämlich endlich wieder anders führen, als sie auf ein bisschen mehr Starkregen zu reduzieren.

An updated version to "Recognizing Hate" is out. This article and zine is a reference guide to identify various nazi dog whistles, symbols, and far right groups. It includes a list with brief descriptions of the most active far-right groups currently in the US. The zine will continuously be updated as needed, but the link will not change. PDF & printable zine available at the link below.
There is already an update underway that’ll be finished in the next couple days to include TPUSA and some other information.
This resource is, for the mort part, a nationwide list. Stay posted for guides that'll cover region specific groups around the US with important and necessary context.
The more you learn the more you see. This info helps keep us and our communities safe. As always, forever grateful for the hard work of antifascist researchers. The fruits of their labor is often invisible but quite literally saves lives.
