@vadim I’d liken that use of a clip to a screenshot. “Here is the example/proof of …”. A follow is the desire to watch it all similar to use (weak analogy incoming) watching all of Fox News via a webcam stream from a tv that receives cable which you refuse to use because you’re a firm believe in OTA broadcasting.

I’d also go one step further with the nuance and say that I suspect many people who use the following service services are looking to follow creators they care about not watching for behavior they need to cite for other reasons.

I left Twitter for my own reasons years ago. At the time that I left, there were multiple creators who I wanted to still follow without having to use that site. I realized, that they have made a choice to continue to use a service which I felt is inappropriate for use. I respect their right to make that choice. However, I’m not going to encourage them to continue to ignore platforms that I think are more suitable by rewarding them for not doing so. That’s what I’m driving at. It’s a weak piece of nuance in part because a creator‘s goal is to have their content seen, shared, and ideally monetized. By using a follow service, I’m giving them one to two of those because even though I’m not directly monetized, I may share what I’ve seen and it’ll definitely be part of where I go with thinking.

Si je veux "compartimenter" mes cookies selon mes usages, il faut que j'utilise quoi ?

Si la réponse c'est (comme je l'imaginer) "les profiles", alors c'est quoi l'astuce pour ouvrir facilement un lien vers un autre profile que celui courant (sur firefox desktop)?
(click droit me donne l'option "ouvrir le lien dans un nouveau container" mais je ne vois pas d'équivalent pour ouvrir dans un autre profiles)

No. The best thing you can do is build a browser that works best for the user, that does not alienate them from the Internet and the people building it. This is a dumb attempt to do more "Mozilla does the good AI" PR. But there is no "good AI". And translations are not what people talk about when they say "AI" which that guy knows.

He didn't learn shit from the backlash. This is just "we will do more AI, good AI, until you like it".

I'm told that VMs obviate the problem of having multiple developers in multiple environments. Since the VM the developer runs is the same as the VM every other developer runs, there can be no "works on my machine" problems.

It's a strong logical case.

But it ignores two important thoughts.

1) How much does it cost to do this?
2) Why doesn't the software run everywhere?
