Ich habe den Eindruck, dieser Artikel merkt selbst nicht, dass er nicht weiß, wohin er will. Die Schlussfolgerungen finde ich entsprechend auch ziemlich wild.
In welchen Kreisen verkehrt diese Person eigentlich? Mir fällt wirklich niemand mit selbst bewohntem Eigentum in Berlin ein. Sie geriert sich ja als „die letzte Mieterin“ in ihrer Bubble.
Ich würde sagen: Wohnungseigentum ist für sehr viele unerschwinglich, weil die Mittelschicht aus dem Assetmarkt gepresst wird.
