@adamgreenfield Your post evokes in me a wish for loudness! my ability to play loud (ie 'listen loud') is limited these days by my location (block of flats, so it can't be really loud) and my sharing of the flat with another. Perhaps I should get out more, to Cafe Oto and . . . elsewhere.
I think part of why this makes me mad is that services like Steam are genuinely great for gaming (mostly), to the point that it’s more convenient just to use that service. If I really want to, I can strip the DRM off of my games and keep them in a vault.
When it comes to movies, though, it’s just garbage. You’re required to use a proprietary black-box app that just keeps a DRM file in temp storage, no other part of the OS is ever allowed to access it.
@deadsuperhero Also, the file you bought is often only accessible for as long as the company decides. So they're treating it as a long term, once paid lease or something.

Us adding extension support on mobile independently is a rather unfeasible task. It's one thing to implement it, but maintaining support Chromium update after Chromium update would likely be a near impossible task.
Out of curiosity, which extensions would you like to use in Vivaldi on Android?

What your parents want therapy to be: Learning to forgive and let bygones be bygones and move on.
What therapy actually is: Learning to recognize your trauma for what it is, accepting the fact that people (often your parents) really did hurt you and learning how to set boundaries to protect yourself going forward. Often this means cutting the toxic people out of your life, even if they're your parents.
