Dont come here for a different "social media"- come here to try and unlearn how social media has warped your use of the internet at large. Getting more followers and likes is bad. "Driving engagement" is bad. Putting your brain into a computer is bad.

"you can't be mean to computers because they feel nothing" yes you can be mean to anything. you can make your life all about hating an object. you can rage all day against it, fill your little heart with contempt, let it shape you into a different person. they still feel nothing tho.
@neil No V/V otherwise totally fine. you can use the webapp as alternative

And, just like that, a ninth cat in the house.
This is Cloud, he's probably about 2 months old, he lost his mom yesterday, he's scared, he's tired, but he's now safe and loved. He's incredibly kind and loving, he didn't even try to scratch us or to escape when we were giving him a bath. He's already adopted me, he's been cuddling on me, even falling asleep on me less than 2 hours after coming home.
It took a series of oddly unlikely events for us to get him, we feel blessed.

Who will be the first person to show the log output of a zone signed with Cascade — will it be @jpmens, @bortzmeyer or a surprise challenger?

@nlnetlabs @jpmens And, as suggested by @alexband the first DNSviz output : https://zonemaster.fr/fr/result/8fb262dfda36f2a4 https://dnsviz.net/d/internautique.fr/aOaLNA/dnssec/
@phildini I used to use a desktop client, but ran into syncing weirdness between it, the associated accounts, and my mobile devices. I'd love to go back to one, but honestly I haven't looked into the landscape for... heck, probably a decade.

“If you execute an unlawful order, you will go to jail. You could go to jail for the rest of your life.” [USAF Gen J. Hyten] Most American military personnel, however, need no reminder of their constitutional duty. But they do need some reassurance that they have support from their chain of command to resist illegal orders… let our fellow Americans in uniform know that if they risk their careers and even their freedom to protect the Constitution, we will stand with them.”

BREAKING: Clearview have been told that - *shockingly* - the UK GDPR applies to their indefensible business of selling your face to foreign law enforcement agencies, after PI intervened in a recent legal case.
@eniko What makes it even worse is when there are legal experts or actual court decisions saying that the thing is unconstitutional, or a violation of human rights, and they do it anyway. -_-
