@evanprodromou we did some initial testing in order to show places from places.pub on a map in bonfire. Proper previews for Arrive/Leave activities and the like should be straightforward to add.

Yeah if you're up for testing common flows (like follow/mention/reply/DM/post with CW...) and report back that'd of course be awesome (we did some testing of course, but there can always be exceptions), but since you're hosting them all yourself it'd be even more valuable if you're able check if things like flagging/blocks/edits/deletions work well and to get logs (or AP processing reports if they have that) otherwise. Thanks so much for offering!

@Bonfire The new Bonfire version update is really remarkable! Brilliant job! However, I would like to remind the development team that the translations for Traditional Chinese (Cantonese and Taiwanese) are essentially mirrored versions of the Simplified Chinese translations. As far as I can see on Transifex, there are currently no translators contributing to the Traditional Chinese version. I would like to urge Traditional Chinese translators to contribute their translations to Bonfire! Thank you!

@matlfb for sure, the easiest path to start contributing is to signup to campground.bonfire.cafe (a local only testing instance) and create threads with UI/UX suggestions or bugs (you can create discussion directly there or on GitHub as you prefer)

@ricmac we are experimenting with automatically trigger a CI pipeline to regenerate an external static sites (bonfirenetworks website is currently powered by 11ty) when an article is published (configurable in settings) as part of our work on implementing long form content
