take for example Anthropic claiming Claude can feel pain. they should immediately be sued for false advertising, then if they (somehow) convince the court it isn't false advertising, take them to court for slavery.
either they're lying or they're slave owners. they can't have both. i believe it's obviously the first one, and that under the threat of jail they'll admit it.

* L'abonnement ne permet que la CB, pas de paiement centralisé par facture globale. C'est déjà un énorme frein à partir d'une certaine échelle.
* Pas de SSO et gestion centralisée des usages/limites
* Pas de possibilité d'accord global sur les politiques d'usage/rétention/propriété intellectuelle

Unexpected good news from Hungary: a wealth tax starting at around €3m (only 1% so far, with 1.5% from €300m).

This was only possible because all the rich people had become so closely intertwined with Orban over 16 years, so their counter-lobbying didn’t work.

Obviously, the tax rate is way to small (only slowing the rate at which inequality is increasing), but if that’s what a conservative government does, progressive ones should be able to go much higher.
