Since June our collective has been selling zine packets to raise funds for the Prairieland prisoners, who face a combined 500+ years in prison over an anti-ICE protest. We're now wrapping up, having sold around 350 zine packets to raise and donate $8,805! It was a collective effort.
Curated by our friends at South Bend Commons, the packets consist of letter writing materials and 15 zines that prosecutors claimed were evidence of a conspiracy. Printing and assembling nearly 5k zines was a community effort, accomplished by dozens of volunteers folding, stapling, and sorting. 💪🖨️
