Rucklidge has found a number of correlations between taking micronutrients and improved mental health. Wondering if her work has been replicated, or followed up with large-scale studies.

Again, not a treatment option I was offered.

Vit D is amazing isn't it?! Now that I've experienced the difference, I'd never go a winter without it.

> magnesium in the case of restless leg

I know people who've found that helpful for leg cramp, and I've found it good for helping me get sleepy in the evening (insomnia is a common ADHD symptom).

@strypey yeah, I went in for allergies in maybe 2014 or so and the doc tested my D levels, said "I'm surprised you're out of bed at all" and told me to take 12,000IU for 2 weeks and 2,000IU for life, and the improvement in my energy level after those first 2 weeks or so was really remarkable.

as for the Mg, it's said that many western diets are somewhat deficient. so, I take a low dose every day. turns out the restless leg gets a lot less common when I do.
