Agreed. If they had given notice and linked it to some policy dispute, that would be one thing. But, to turn it off without notice coincident with a major attack. That seems like complicity.

Obvious explanation: Trump told Zelensky to stop attacking oil infrastructure. Zelensky immediately hit oil infrastructure, presumably using StarLink. Trump decided to yank Zelensky's chain by very specifically blocking StarLink above 100 mph. That would only affect offensive strikes. Defense can use direct line of sight radio control.
