I had a talk with a close friend the other day and he was complaining once again about how he was offended by how another person treated him. So I asked him, "Have you ever noticed that the vast majority of your complaints are about your assumptions about others motivations?" He stopped and thought for a moment. "I'm not sure. What do you mean?"
