Graph of my weekly running distances for the previous year. Last fall I was up to 10-20 miles per week on average, with a peak of 25 miles per week. Then my weeks became sporadic and short, then I was totally dark all year until recently. I'm finally starting to show regular progress and build miles again. Fear is the mind killer.
