I had #Narcan training today. Even though there's stuff out there that doesn't respond to Narcan, I felt an obligation to be prepared in case I encounter someone who needs it. I've been spending more time looking for places where #Unhoused folks are camped out in #PortlandME to see what their needs are , and will have extra Narcan on me to distribute to folks who might need it. My mom and my niece died from an overdose. Having Narcan around might have saved both of them.
