@NanoRaptor it’s such a good phrase to illustrate how much of a tonal language en_AU is, with 6 different meanings depending on where stresses and inflections are pronounced in the sentence.
@NanoRaptor To overly obsess over details is called "flueknepperi" in Danish. Literally: "fly fucking".
That's the only regional idiom I can think of that involves sex with arthropods. You could bend it a bit closer to yours and say "Vi er her ikke for at fluekneppe" ("we're not here to fuck flies"), which would be understood to mean that you're not interested in overfocusing on details.
