The UK government is now telling us to stock up because of Godzilla ElNino kicking off in autumn. 2026 has already been horrific, bleak and scary - wildfires, heatwave, drought, #Nepal 💔😢 and all. Meanwhile feels like huge financial crash and a lot more war coming soon too. Not to mention AI dystopia. Plus personal #Precarity for so many of us, worry every day. Like, how are you all coping?

I think i can empathise, and try really hard not to get stuck in a doom loop when talking to others in the same frame of mind.
