@ProPublica Petrochemical companies can be worse than *pure* fossil fuels, in that they not only further entrench the industry via multiple processing methods, thereby indebting employment loyalty and tax dollars, but they even lack Exxon-Mobil's ethical standard, following The Industrial Revolution, in publicizing an independent study into the effects of Greenhouse Gases, and cascading ecosystem destabilization.
Dow, Monsanto, 3M - the wealthiest and most powerful of petrochemicals - failed that standard tenfold.
