If you intend to invite people (like me for example) to events in Brussels the crazy week before #FOSDEM in 2027 - do that many months ahead of time please.

@krisbuytaert @cfgmgmtcamp heh, well I would include that in the general request. The last two years people have invited me to new things there *after* I got my flight tickets and it feels annoying and unnecessary
