Had a phone call earlier which seemed genuine about an issue we have with some utility bills.. after 2 hours back and forth, calls, emails and him seemingly knowing what the problem was and offering some solutions to fix it. I suddenly got suspicious and realised the email he had contacted me on looked dodgy.. and hung up .. phoned utility company and his email was nothing to do with them...have reported it and he didn't get enough info to do anything with.. but they said AI is making scammers look even more convincing.. so be extra careful out there folks. #scam
