I'm not sure I will ever perfect the art of making pizza, but that's okay... in fact, the pursuit of perfection is what keeps me going.
There's always another technique, another style, new ingredients to try.
I never would have imagined "pizza making" would (sort of) become a hobby of mine, but I glad it did!
