I can confirm that Opus 5 is pretty good at writing OpenSCAD. For better or worse, that was one of the last things that I was writing mostly by hand.
I expect I'll still write a bunch of it by hand when the details are easier for me to express in code than plain language, but it has definitely solved some problems that are thorny enough that I would have skipped over them without its help.
