#ParkRun 132 done and dooone. Endless scorchio. Stupid overachieving wife. Why can't we just have a nice run instead of the flipping labours of Heracles. That was hard hard lemon hard, as the old expression goes. One day I will be fit enough that I will at least be able to keep up with that woman. Although when she's struggling I will stop and wait for her because I am NOT A TERRIBLE PERSON. Only joking. Little bit of healthy competition among us keeps the love alive. Anyway I am now cleansed. Plus I had a chance to have a big whinge about work in the car on the way home and I'm now seeing my mother in laws insane dog. Hurrah! Stupid animal. I love her very much. Have a great day everyone!
