As a semi-regular visitor/shopper in Yarraville, I think the current plan has some issues, but closing the middle section of Anderson St to cars seems like a pretty good idea to me.

@danielbowen when I lived there, Anderson St was already effectively closed to cars because nobody could actually get through there due to the parked cars and people not knowing how wide their own cars are freaking out
