@randahl Immigrants despising immigrants is a thing. Weird, but there it is. He isn't the first and won't be the last. No idea what it's about, but we've had Patel, Braverman, Mahmood so far in the UK, high profile all of them, and seemingly unaware of their own immigrant backgrounds. There's chaps in the US with very obviously names that are immigrant names or barely there for a generation - who do pretty much the same, don't like immigrants. There is probably some explanation.
