I'm exploring to move our mail & calendar from my current provider to a new NL or EU based mail provider. Any extra's like video meet or office is a bonus.
Why? Because our current provider is no longer offering our current service anymore & they changed some legal stuff which does not bode well.
Currently looking at mailbox.org (Heinlein Gruppe) & soverin.nl (Sharing Group)
Any good/bad experiences with those? Other tips (no Proton)?
@BjornW I moved from Mailbox to Soverin years ago because of the amount of (German language) spam I was getting. To this day a portion of the spam I receive is in German.
Soverin's spam filter is not 100% accurate, but definitely better.

@BjornW Soverin is awesome for mail. At SURF we use it for all outgoing mail of our internal services. Barely any issues and if we run into one they're super helpful. Great people to work with!

@mellifluousbox @fastmail @1password Thanks for sharing! I'm a bit hesitant to move mail to a company in a non-EU jurisdiction. Mostly because I'm somewhat in the know about EU jurisdiction while I have no clue about Australian jurisdiction.
