Dealing with #mainstreaming people is exhausting - not because most have bad intentions, but because decades of life inside a #deathcult system leave us carrying habits of fear, distrust and learned helplessness.
We need better social ways to mediate this mess: compassion, yes, but also clarity, boundaries and collective care.
