(Addendum: Available in the US, don't know about the rest of the world, there may be rights issues, etc. Entirely unrelated: VPNs are neat.

Also, World Central Kitchen is my selected charity, but 100% of my own cut is going to the Scalzi Family Foundation, which funds various local and artistic stuff.)
