@RavenLuni That's a fair question, and I don't have a solid answer right now. It's been a long time since I hired anyone, so I'm asking people to give me their hourly rate when they reach out.
Do you think that's okay? Or should I just pick a number and run with it?
@benpate It's surprisingly hard to find designers who still want to write clean, lightweight HTML and CSS without trying to force a massive JS framework onto a server project. I'll pass this along to a couple of freelance web devs in my network.
Thank you! And yes, too many "of them derned kids" lean too heavily on frameworks. So far, all of my work is by hand. It's a little too raw because of it, but people are shocked at how fast a webpage can be without 12MB of junk piled onto it. :)

@benpate I would do this for free, Emissary is so amazing!
I'm even offering to take on an apprentice designer that would get paid and help advise them and scaffold the foundation for them to build upon, while polishing it before shipping.
I think @h would be perfect for this, if she is interested!
