i think they are like replicants in bladerunner. bad planning and greed have created an incept date.

lack of physical fiber, lack of power distribution gear, lack of power, lack of water, probable bubble burst in LLM based AI. it's all a formula for a lot of empty buildings that wasted huge sums of money.

they'll have to learn the hard way; greed is just overwhelming them at the moment.

@mttaggart The oil and gas industry has been dealing with that level of sabotage for decades. High speed fly-in's/fly-out's, weird L-shaped blast walls to get anywhere outside, designing double-walled infrastructure while they build it out. There are a lot of places where O&G needs resources that argue about their 'rights' to be there.

Americans are now feeling what other countries have long felt. Capitalism is not designed or implemented by the people who live in the area. They don't care about the locals.
