Well, one thing that might be relevant, I've been really into indoor cycling over the past year or two, and I use that time to take notes for the next project or a blog post.
Outside of that, and this may be more useful for projects that involve writing code, but I try to reuse my own work, and existing code others have shared.
For example, I run almost 70 creative bots.

Sounds like a lot! But some of them are variations on the same idea.
And for many, the actual code is just a few lines, because I'm reusing a lot of the existing work I've done over the last decade.
