Hey, #Runnersofmastodon, just to get some opinions: I have emxperimented with different cadences in the last weeks, tried to follow some recommendations. My personal result is: Cadence is highly dependent on pace, so all recommendations for „optimal ranges“ are bullshit, if you don‘t also include pace. If I run a relaxed 07:00 min/km, 170spm will just ruin everything. If I run 05:30, it really pays off to concentrate on a higher cadence for me.
Any opinions on that?
