The idea that anything is being designed & built to run on diesel generators, in an urban environment, when the impacts of climate change are becoming inescapable, is beyond belief.

... unless it comes with a plan for how to supply enough green bio-diesel to run it indefinitely, and there's no other practical way to run it on renewables. I've read that the original diesel engine was designed to run on peanut oil, so farmers could grow fuel for their tractors, instead of being dependent on fossil fuels. Ironic, no?
