@sl007 @EUCommission Not sure what age Konstantinos Letympiotis is. His boss, the Cypriot PM seems middle-aged rather than elder, but their official statement is that there's no threat to Cyprus. (Also, UK bases there are not on EU territory...)

Oh gosh, I do not know how many times you sat in bunkers on a base which was targeted.
I did countless times. If you hear the "outgoing rounds" alarm, some meters from your sleeping location you know it _might_ defend the base but not the area surrounding it ...
