A large raptor is perched in an oak tree covered in fresh green leaves and lichen. The bird has a creamy white chest with dark brown shoulders and a russet neck and head. The black talons on the branch are super-long. Although the photo was taken from a long distance, the bird clearly is looking at the photographer!
