I saw once this "demographic bell curve" of Russia from 2010s (before the war started), marked up "surplus male population". It appeared to be from somewhere like Wikipedia and/or a University, not some fash place and was simply making the bald statement that there were that many "surplus" young men in Russia, it simply doesn't make that a big dent in the population (or prevent it from still growing to some extent) if a lot of them are sacrificed in a war. Which is exactly what has happened just a few years later..

Which is all really interesting because the major reason why people don’t have kids they don’t have the resources.
If somebody hasn’t already looked to anything they might have written down or said you can bet that the tax relief is only for very well off people and everybody else’s taxed for death.
